Weekly booking & production queue

To ensure every set receives detailed hand-crafted attention, only a limited number of custom orders are accepted each week. Booking slots reset every Monday at 12:00 AM EST.

• 5 Regular slots per week — production 5–7 business days after payment, shipping 4–7 business days.
• 3 Rush slots per week — production 1–2 business days after payment, shipping 2–4 business days.
• Process: submit your custom request form → receive a quote within 48 hours → pay your invoice to secure your spot → your set enters production.
• Production time begins AFTER payment is received, not when the form is submitted.
• Queue placement is based on payment time, not form submission time.
• Rush production speeds up creation time only — shipping upgrades must be selected separately.
• Once all weekly spots are filled, additional orders automatically move into the next week's queue.

Order form is a quote only

Submitting the order form does not finalize your order or your price. All submissions are treated as a quote request. Final pricing is determined by Junkz Boutique based on the actual design, detail level, and time required, and is confirmed by DM. Once a final receipt is issued, the price is non-negotiable. Your set will not be started until full payment has been received. By submitting the form you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Payment & processing

All orders must be paid in full at checkout. No deposits. Processing begins as soon as payment is received.

No refunds or exchanges

Every set is custom-made — all sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges after purchase.

Processing time

Typically 5–10 business days depending on design complexity. Rush orders (24–48 hrs) are available for an additional fee.

Design specifications

Provide detailed inspo pics, colours, length, and shape. For freestyle sets, you give full creative control unless otherwise stated.

Quality & support

If there's an issue with your order, contact me within 24 hours of delivery. Sizing is your responsibility — please follow all guidelines.

Replacements

Replacement nails are available for purchase if needed. DM for a quote.
